Booking & Cancellation
Booking Policy
- Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, ferry services, and transport.

Cancellation Policy
- ₹3,500 per person cancellation charge after booking confirmation
- No refund for cancellations made less than 20 days before the travel date
- 75% cancellation charges between 11–20 days before travel
- 50% cancellation charges between 21–30 days before travel
- Peak season bookings (15 Dec – 15 Jan) are non-refundable
Special Cancellation (Barren Island Specific)
- 5% of total booking amount will be charged for cancellation after booking
- ₹300 per person applicable for ferry cancellation/rescheduling
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled less than 7 days prior
- 50% charges if cancelled within 120 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 72 hours
- In case of non-operational ferry or weather issues, alternative arrangements or partial refunds will be provided as per management
